New Album from Kierra Sheard-Kelly to Be Released 3rd March

GRAMMY®, Stellar, and Dove Award-winning artist Kierra Sheard-Kelly’s new album All Yours, is scheduled to be released this coming Friday (March 3rd), and it is available for pre-order now. The new album features the two singles “Praise Through” and “Miracles” feat. Pastor Mike Jr.

Marking her seventh studio album, All Yours is a follow-up to her chart-topping, GRAMMY-nominated sixth studio album KIERRA, released in 2020. All Yours is set to be a 12-track album, with Kierra crafting her sound with additional collaborations with her brother J. Drew Sheard II, Mali Music, Anthony Brown, Adia, and more.

An uplifting, soul-clapping track, the album’s first single “Miracles” feat. Pastor Mike Jr. is currently out at Gospel radio. The new track “Praise Through,” is heartwarming and personal, offering positive words of encouragement that nothing is impossible to overcome no matter the circumstances. Another new track by that has just been released is “Making A Way.”

Kierra Sheard-Kelly has been singing professionally since the age of nine. As the daughter of Gospel icon Karen Clark Sheard, from the legendary family group, The Clark Sisters, Kierra has grown up steeped in Gospel and continues to blaze her own trail, driving contemporary Gospel and ministry forward as an artist/songwriter, actress, entrepreneur, and with her family’s company Karew Entertainment, based in their native Michigan. The multi-faceted entertainer and entrepreneur most recently starred in the acclaimed biopic The Clark Sisters: The First Ladies of Gospel portraying her mother Karen Clark Sheard, the movies Miracles Across 125th Street and Line Sisters, and has dropped new styles this year with her popular clothing brand for curvy fashions, Eleven60.

Sunday Best UK present Live Gospel at the Apollo with Grammy Award Winners  Le’andria Johnson & Mali Music alongside Grammy Nominee Koryn Hawthorne feature on this great evening of live gospel music at the Apollo.

LIVE GOSPEL AT THE APOLLO: Le’andria Johnson finally reaches the UK headlining this event alongside Mali Music. One of the great voices will grace the Hammersmith stage for her first and long awaited performance here in the UK. The 2012 Grammy award winner continued to vocally bless the Gospel Music genre after becoming season 3 winner of the BET gospel singing competition Sunday Best.

Mali Music, a great contemporary Gospel/ RnB Artist fuses Gospel Music with RnB creating a great balance which landed him a Grammy 2021 alongside Jonathan McReynolds. A real Blessing to have him feature on this line-up performing tracks from his four albums.

Koryn Hawthorne, two albums in and her The Worship EP which she released in 2021. Koryn has gone  from strength to strength cementing herself as one of the new Gospel acts. JONATHAN McREYNOLDS and MALI MUSIC Team Up for New EP

GRAMMY® winning hitmakers JONATHAN McREYNOLDS and MALI MUSIC have teamed up to co-release a new EP project, Jonny x Mali: Live in LA. The live project contains six songs, including “Adulting,” A live performance video of “Adulting” has also been released.

Provident Entertainment Artists Win 2021 Grammy Awards

Provident Entertainment’s family of artists, labels, songwriters, and publishers are pleased to share they received three GRAMMYs at the 63rd Annual GRAMMY Awards® held last month in Los Angeles, CA. They went into the awards with 18 nominations.

Zach Williams

Zach Williams (Provident Label Group) won for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song for “There Was Jesus,” his duet with Dolly Parton, which he also co-wrote. Williams won his first GRAMMY in 2018 for his album Chain Breaker.

Essential Music Publishing writer Jonathan Smith received his second GRAMMY as co-writer of “There Was Jesus.” He won his first GRAMMY in 2018 as producer for Chain Breaker.

Mali Music

Mali Music (RCA Inspiration) won for Best Gospel Performance/Song with “Movin’ On” with Jonathan McReynolds. This is Mali Music’s first GRAMMY win with four career nominations.

NFN Review Zone – MALI MUSIC : The Book of Mali. (RCA Inspiration)

Mali Music is an artist who is described as a “dynamic musical genius” and “an anointed force of nature.” I wasn’t sure what to expect as I started to listen, and the opening “Intro” didn’t give me any clues. The following “Blessed” features a sampled female voice, as the man breaks into hip-hop style akin to Social Club Misfits and Lecrae. “Cry” sees the vocalist shout, over just an acoustic guitar later, joined by some Hendrix FX. The lyrics, were easy to hear but, try as I may, I couldn’t understand what the song was about. Much better was the slower number called “My Blessings.” Mali Music sings “I know that You [God] love me,” with real feeling. I must admit that when Mali Music hasn’t got his “hip-hop” head on, I found the songs quite pleasant. “Yin & Yang” being one such number. “I know that He watches me, I’m included like apostrophe’s” are just some of the words from “World Record.” Other lyrics in this song are; “In a stiletto glass please, I’ll take it all in cash please; I want mine on the floor, you can put it on the dash please.” Now, can you see why I’m confused? I really hope that this man’s music appeals to fans of this genre, and I invite them to send their own thoughts. But, for me, I doubt that I’ll be playing this one again.   5/10.
