Two New Releases from Authentic Media.

Authentic

Lead Us Back: Songs of Worship’ is a journey back to the worship that THIRD DAY holds close to them, refreshed through powerful songwriting and the imaginative production of JT Daly (Paper Route), and Jonny Macintosh. The songs are some of the best-written of their career. Stand-out tracks include ‘Our Deliverer’, a reminder of beauty coming from ashes; ‘Soul on Fire’ (co-written by Matt Maher), a calling out to God; and ‘Victorious’, a belief-confirming and timeless anthem. The deluxe edition features an additional disc of ten classic Third Day worship songs captured live on the road from many of their sell-out performances. …..A Lesson in Trusting God! Noah and his family along with a zoo full of animals take an adventure aboard an orange slice ark. After 40 days and nights of rain, everyone’s faith has been tested, and they’re ready to jump ship. Will they chart a new course, or will they remember to trust God’s promises? Grab your umbrellas and find out in this VeggieTales re-telling of the beloved Bible story!

UK’s Gareth Davies-Jones Releases New Album.

Gareth Davies-Jones 2

GARETH DAVIES-JONES reports that his new album is now ready for release. The output of his Autumn 2014 Songwriting Residency at The Mining Institute in Newcastle Upon Tyne has now been captured for audio posterity. He says, “Despite the earache I must admit to being pretty satisfied with the results and can’t wait to share the music with you all. The name of the album THE USUAL QUARTERLY DAYS comes from a line in the Institute’s lending rules which for many years were helpfully pasted on the inside cover of most of their books and documents. The Live Concert Tour of The Seam Project in the North East of England kicks off in Newcastle on Saturday 7th February and continues for 6 dates through to April. With me at the launch event will be Bronwen Davies-Jones on backing vocals and Shona Mooney on Fiddle and we’ll be adding some visuals to help add some context to the songs. I’ll also be taking the show on the road in the Autumn/Winter of 2015 and no doubt some of the music will feature at my gigs in between now and then.” www.garethdavies-jones.com

Diamond Release for Hawk Nelson.

Hawk Nelson Diamonds

HAWK NELSON has announced the release of their seventh studio album titled Diamonds, which will release March 17th on Fair Trade Services. This will be the band’s second album released with the label and with frontman Jon Steingard. The band will also introduce the lineup with guitarist Micah Kuiper and drummer David Niacaris along with founding member and bassist Daniel Biro. The debut single, “Drops In The Ocean,” from the forthcoming album is rapidly climbing the radio charts, hitting the Billboard Christian NCA chart at No. 21 and the Hot AC/CHR at No. 10 in just a few weeks. “The past few years have been a crazy ride for us Hawk boys,” shares frontman Jon Steingard. “Lots of change, lots of amazing blessings, and also quite a few challenges. This album was forged in the fire of some of those trials. It’s those times of pressure that God uses to shape us into something more beautiful. Diamonds sums up this truth we have found, that God is FOR US, He is not against us, and that we have the freedom to JOYFULLY walk in the love, grace, and mercy He has freely given us!”

The Brilliance Sign for Integrity Music

The Brilliance

Integrity Music announces the signing of The Brilliance, a US-based liturgical band led by David Gungor and John Arndt, and announces a February 17 global release for the group’s full-length album, Brother.

Known for connecting liturgical tradition and modern worship, The Brilliance previously released four albums – The Brilliance, Cavetime, Advent Volume 1 and Advent Volume 2, along with two EPs, Lent and For Our Children. The duo, backed by a variety of musicians including cellists, violinists and rhythm players, have been sharing their music on the road, in churches and “house shows” including recent Advent and Christmas concerts in California, Texas, Washington, Kansas, Michigan and Washington, D.C.

Their new album, Brother, will release globally the week Lent begins (Feb 18) as both a physical CD available at Christian retail outlets and as a digital album, available through all major digital service providers.

“What I love about The Brilliance is that when they play, the atmosphere changes,” says Adrian Thompson, Integrity’s Vice President of A&R. “They bring the beauty of art into our worship times with a sense of meditation, reflection and joy to create a ‘Selah’ moment in the middle of our cluttered lives. I believe The Brilliance have something important to bring to our worship moments. They cut across denominations, cultures and ages… that is why we are delighted to be able to partner with them.”

Fans who are discovering The Brilliance echo the same, with reviews for previous albums including comments such as: “hauntingly beautiful,” “compelling,” “thought-provoking, lovely” and “a breath of fresh air in modern worship.”
