This year ICF will celebrate their 20th year. The Integrity Music release Valleys and Wonders reflects their journey and adventure. Based in Zurich, Switzerland ICF stands for International Christian Fellowship. ICF Worship has its roots in the ICF Zurich church, founded in 1996 in the largest city in Switzerland. Having started with a passion to reach out across the country to people in a contemporary and modern way, today ICF Zurich is a non-denominational church with over 2,800 weekend attendees spread across five different locations within the city and its surroundings. It is also one of the biggest church movements in the German speaking area, with 36 churches in Switzerland and throughout Europe.
“We are all about getting people excited to live a life with Jesus Christ! In a contemporary way we shout out the greatest news ever told. That God loves us and desires to have a personal, real relationship with us! We do so with exciting music, relevant preachings and the latest technology. And together with every single person contributing, the dream becomes reality.”

April 29th sees the release of Philippa Hanna’s 5th studio project Speed of Light. Fresh from her tour opening for Leona Lewis, the Barnsley-born singer has her sights set on breaking the US market as she moves out to Nashville this summer.
The production blends the pop and electronic sound of Taylor Swift and CHVRCHES, swerving away from the previous country releases. After lead single Even Now topped the iTunes Christian & Gospel chart, expectation has built up with 2nd single Arrow getting well earned spins by Richard Madeley on BBC Radio 2 and on The Mark Forrest Show. The project was recorded in Nashville with producer Kyle Lee and features a duet with Kevin Max, one third of the multi-million selling act DC Talk.
The album was funded in part by Philippa’s fans through Rocket Fuel, a crowdfunding site she helped to launch in 2014, whilst her trips to Nashville have been aided by support from BPI and UK Trade & Investment through the Music For Export Growth Scheme.
Philippa will be performing live and speaking to Clare Balding on Sunday 24th of April on BBC Radio 2.
Capturing the mission, heart, and worldwide movement of PLANETSHAKERS Church, one of Australia’s fastest growing churches in history, Planetshakers Band have released its Momentum: Live in Manila EP globally through Integrity Music. The EP encapsulates the excitement and passion of 30,000 worshippers across two sold-out Planetshakers events held on back-to-back evenings in Manila’s Araneta Coliseum last August.
Commemorating the event, the recording’s cover art features an overhead snapshot of the coliseum where the new song, “Momentum,” as well as worship favorite, “Nothing Is Impossible,” were recorded live. Momentum also features studio recordings of the pop-dance track “Come Right Now” and the worshipful ballads “Face To Face” and “I Know Who You Are.” The EP further includes the live video for “Momentum.”

Fans of Petra and Whiteheart will love this rendition of the classic hymn. Given a heavy rock treatment, John Schlitt’s vocals are on top form as he belts out the words to this traditional hymn. Backing vocals are tight, and for lovers of searing guitar solos, you won’t be disappointed either. I did wonder if the drum sound was a little poor because, at times, the beat sounds as if it’s been made by hitting an old saucepan. The forthcoming album brings in an all-star cast of musicians including Brian Wooten (Whiteheart, Trace Adkins) on guitar, Chris McHugh (Whiteheart, Keith Urban) and Jon Knox (Whiteheart) on drums, Brennan Smiley (The Technicolors) on guitar, Peter Furler (Newsboys) on drums and vocals, Dave Ellefson (Megadeth) on bass and others for guest appearances on selected cuts. For now, this single release is a taster of things to come. 7/10.
JORDAN FELIZ will release his debut full-length album on 22nd April on Centricity. The title track to ‘The River’ has been a number one hit on some US charts. Now the album, produced by Joshua Silverberg (Michael W Smith, Newsboys) and Colby Wedgeworth (Lincoln Brewster) is set for release. “The River” has already has garnered four million video views.
Speaking about the latest free EP ‘The Living Room Sessions’ by DANIEL BASHTA & FRIENDS, the CCM hitmaker said, “There is something so special and powerful when you get a group of people together and just sing. This is raw and beautiful. No major production. No frills. No hype. I started leading worship when I was a kid in a living room full of people. This is how it all began. Going back to the start. Back to the heart. ‘The Living Room Sessions’ can be downloaded for free from Noisetrade. Soak and sing along!”
THE FURROWS : I’ve Come too Far. (www.thefurrowsmusic.com)
The Furrow Family has been known for their ministry through the Word and song for over 100 years. Greg, Paul, and Sarah make up the latest rendition of a legacy that has impacted many lives. This family group brings the best of classic southern gospel with a unbeatable family harmony dynamic. Their latest album is called “Here & Now”, and from it comes this single release. The bright opening piano sound is crisp and clear and soon, Sarah’s voice floats into song, to lead the way. Harmonies are tight, as you would expect from these seasoned professionals and provide the perfect backdrop to the lead vocals. The theme of the song is clear for all to hear. Travelling along God’s road; “I’ve come too far to ever turn back. I’m pressing on, I’m staying on track.” It’s southern gospel at its best, and this song is available as a free download at their website. 7/10.
