Singing News, SingingNewsTV, and Singing News Radio has launched the 2022 Songwriters Search contest. For upcoming songwriters who have ever wanted the chance to have their original songs recorded by a national recording artist, that opportunity is now!
The 2022 Singing News Songwriters’ Search invites all non-professional* songwriters to submit your original songs! *Non-professional songwriter is defined as one who has never had an original song on the Singing News Top 40 chart; and one who is not currently under an exclusive publishing contract.
FIVE winners will be chosen!
All five winners will be invited to appear on a TV special, hosted by Dave Clark, at a legendary venue in Nashville, TN.
How to enter: For each song submitted, send your entry fee, a completed entry form, lyric sheet, and an audio recording of the song to: Singing News Songwriters Search, 2105 Cages Bend Rd, Gallatin, TN 37066, USA.
Cost to enter is $68 per entry. However, participants can receive an “Early Bird Discount” of $48 per entry if they submit their songs by April 1, 2022.
